Shipping policy

Regular post parcels will be delivered within 3 - 5 business days from when lodged at the local post office.  If you reside in a rural area, this may vary.    

Express post will be delivered 1 - 2 business days from when lodged at the local post office.  If you reside in a rural area, this may vary. 

Lodgement of products can vary depending on other work commitments, however will aim to post on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.  The local post office is not open on weekends therefore no orders will be fulfilled until the following business day.  

Shipping on all orders will be sent by registered mail in order to track orders.  Shipment will be at Australian Post Flat Rate price which is automatically calculated at checkout.  

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail, along with tracking notifications.
